The Idea:

Companies should manufacture a “Paper Ironing Machine” as a separate and dedicated invention meant to make papers smooth and flat.

The function of the proposed “Paper Ironing Machine” would be same as normal ironing machines but here the proposed machine will be exclusively utilized for flattening and smoothing the papers only. Other than plain papers, it will flatten the surface of the currency notes as well.

To make this machine more common, universal and applicable to serve everyday needs, this “Paper Ironing Machine” will be attached with computer printers.

Attaching the proposed paper ironing system will helps us in making the computer printers more efficient and useful for the consumers because, as a rule, we are always required to put flattened and smooth papers into the printer for successful printing.

Computer printers never accept papers which are curved, warped or non-flattened. By adding the ironing function in these printers, we can make papers usable in any conditions.

The proposed paper ironing machine will first moisturize the paper and then the moisturized paper would be heated by a built-in presser resulting in a flattened paper in the end.

This is an exceptional innovation idea with a plenty of business opportunities. Normal ironing machines can also integrate the function for required paper ironing but adding the same in all types of computer printers would revolutionize the industry and will offer much convenience to users.
