Mobile phones with Built-in Battery Chargers

The Problem: Charging a mobile phone is an easiest task as it just requires a mobile phone charger and an electric switchboard. Eventually you find battery of your cell phone at the lowest but you don't have phone charger to recharge the dying battery. Then, what to do now? You may ask your friends, colleagues etc. for the required cell phone charger provided they have the same mobile phone model as yours. If not then what remains next is to calculate the loss incurred by your offline mobile phone set. There might be no loss at all or the total loss would be around millions of dollars. More than your fat, it’s a technological drawback disregarded by mobile phone manufacturers that results into such chaos. In fact, it's not possible to carry a phone charger all the time. We can neither have many a chargers for one mobile phone set whereas one kept in the home while the next phone charger takes place in the office drawer. In recent years, a number of sophisticated mobile phone chargers have been introduced in the market starting from solar mobile phone chargers to those charged through human temperature. Again, we are missing the simplest solution here that could be offered by all mobile phone companies of the world through a single step. Why don't we try to get rid of separate phone chargers? The solution definitely lies here. The Idea: Whether we are in the office, at home or sitting in the restaurant, we can easily find electric switchboards everywhere. But, finding a switchboard is not the end of the journey if charger of the mobile is not available at the moment. That's why; mobile set should be available with built-in chargers instead of having another charging device separately. What we need to

Braille for Common Readers with Normal Eyesight

Massive load-shedding adversely affects our studies. Studying in the dim light is also very dangerous for one's eyesight. Thus, students, the innocent victims of load-shedding, had better learn a new form Braille to read and write in darkness. This proposed form of new Braille steers us to a new modified Braille that is invented to help common people who have normal eyesight and are not blind at all. This new from of Braille would lead us towards manufacturing many more new products as given below: A brailled keyboard will help learn typing more speedily and accurately It will help in dialing up the phone number without looking at the phone dial. The same is true for mobile phone usage. It will help us type without looking at the keyboard and controlling the remote control of TV etc in the same way. New brailled buttons may also be introduced in normal computer keyboards. Brailled keyboard would be very effective for students learning music. Brailled switch button placed on an electric switchboard will help us turning on the right devices and home appliances without even looking at the electric switchboard.

Special Hangers for Women Clothes

The Problem: Almost all clothes hangers are used for hanging all types of cloths. There are some exceptions for children clothes as hangers for their cloths are rather smaller. But no such clothes hangers have been ever made with any sort of exclusivity or distinction as per the total size, length and weight of the cloth that we normally hang. Be it man or woman, both of them use same hangers although length, width and total size of our clothes are quite dissimilar and don’t correspond to the actual need of the clothes which we hang. Moreover, in many African and Asian countries, here women wear quite wide pieces of clothes in relation to men but hangers, available for their clothes, are always the same without any special feature in accordance with the length, width and overall size of the cloth being hung. The Idea: This idea is to design and manufacture specially-designed hangers to hang women clothes because of length, width and size of their clothing. Women cloths are not like men's, thus clothes hangers should be different according to the actual requirements of dresses. Women's clothes, as compared to men, are quite delicate, sophisticated and complicated (and sometime expensive) that's why we can not afford to treat these clothes in a normal way. Often, beauty and embroidery of women clothes are disfigured only by hanging such outfits on traditional clothes hangers. This idea also leads us to 'Adjustable Clothes Hanger' that adjusts itself with the size and width of the cloth being hung.

Sharpeners for Nail Scissors and Nail Cutters

The Problem: Nail scissors or nail cutters are basically pair of curved scissors that are used to cut our nails. But such very useful small devices become useless when their edges turn rustic and no more sharpener to cut your nails properly. Thus, these nail scissors are dumped into the dustbin because of the above. The Idea: There is a need to introduce sharpeners for nail scissors and nail cutter so that edges of these everyday use devices could be sharpened anytime instead of just throwing them away. It would be rather desirable if all nail cutters and nail scissors, introduced in the market, have an inbuilt or attached sharpener. It will be a great feature for consumers as well as a totally new idea.

TiLight: A New Idea For Tiles Manufacturers

The Problem: TiLights are a new revolution in the world, especially in the third world where power crisis are on its peak and people living in such countries have no other options but to light a candle to defeat the imposed darkness. Following idea is very similar to my previously posted idea titled "A New Idea for Paints and Color Manufacturers" (30th November 2009). Repeating my words again, this solution is quite beneficial for the masses living in electricity-deprived regions such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and the like. This new idea will help tackle imposed darkness and multiplied weather severity due to regular power outages and electric load shedding. The Idea: TiLights are actually the tiled covering of roofs, walls and floors with extra shine and cool so that in absence of electricity, the same tiles can also serve the purpose of emergency lights lessening the heated conditions of the rooms as well. In a nutshell, just colors, paints and distempers, a load-shedding friendly version of tiles is the need of the hour. All walls and floors of our homes and offices need tiles with additional glowing and cooling effects to give our rooms both possible shine and low temperature during electric load-shedding and power breakdown. There are hundreds of kinds of tiles available in the market with exclusive features according to the consumer needs and requirements. But such tiles are of no use when it comes to countries and localities where regular power outages and electric load-shedding is a mandatory part of life. Just like paints and colours, no such innovation has been even introduced in the market by tile manufacturers. They are happy with their existing products which are absolutely ineffective to cater all needs of people living in these countries. Thus, there is a need to think

FABLIT: A New Idea for the Textile, Fashion, Apparel, Clothing, and Thread Industries

From Fabric to Fablit The Problem: Usually we see such fabric in the market that reflects the lights absorbed from the surroundings but the same fabric doesn’t shine at all with no lights around. Human beings are still unable to discriminate the time by wearing up time-bound or time specific dresses. Nightgowns or nightdresses have no exclusivity at all. Such nightdresses are in fact loose dresses which can be worn in daytime as well as they are not time specific as per their making. Camping tents are put up with no additional features with respect to the prevailing darkness after sunset. During power breakdown and electric load-shedding, we are not facilitated by our dresses despite covering a reasonable area from head to toe. Fablit or Light emitting night-friendly sparkling fabrics can easily solve this problem and the proposed addition can revolutionize the textiles and fashion world as well. The Idea: Fablit is the best solution. Its time to introduce a new clothing trend with brightening features which are quite adjustable to the fluctuation, disappearance and presence of electricity. A modestly sparkling fabric can be also a boon for even such highly-developed nations where there is no concept of power outages and load-shedding. Wearing such lightening cloths will decrease ratio of accidents in the night and will be also of much use for many purposes as exclusively required by many jobs and professions. Instead of being covered by the whole Fablit, a thin strip of fablit sewn in anyone’s uniform or normal or occasional dresses can be also useful for various reasons.

Font Adjustment Feature in Mobile Phones

Mobile phone manufacturers should also include Font Adjustment Features in mobile and cell phones so that phone users can adjust the required font as per their choice, vision and sighting capabilities and feasibilities.

How Creativity May Help Old Age People?

By Faizan Usmani From the slippery outer surface of a drinking glass to meticulously designed hard-to-grip teacups, computers, laptops, keyboard, ATM machines, elevators, nail-cutters; senior consumers are treated just like young consumers without any special consideration or care for their comfort care, or needs. Inventions make life easier and are supposed to provide comfort for people of all ages without any discrimination or distinction. But sometimes their design and manufacture makes them complicated and difficult for use by the elderly. Multinational companies introduce various consumer goods and services in the market but never anything exclusively meant for the elderly. Not all tall buildings in the city have elevators. Poorly-designed stairs, on the other hand, are quite difficult and laborious for old-aged people. Seating arrangements in most public places entail only benches or stools instead of chairs with armrests and back support. Chairs at the hair dressers’ are mounted high with no adjusting levers to lower them. Only a few pedestrian bridges in the city have been designed so that the elderly or disabled could use them easily. Footpaths and pavements are constructed or renovated with ceramic tiles which are slippery and seriously hazardous during rain for senior citizens. Foot-stands in local buses are high above the ground which makes it impossible for senior citizens to step on. Also, they have to stand in the buses by hanging on to the grab bar, which is high and quite difficult for senior citizens to grip firmly. Problematic small fixtures: Apart from proper ventilation arrangements in homes, small fixtures like electric switches, washbasin, mirrors, clothes-hangers, commodes etc. are mounted high with an unnecessary use of marble all over the place. The use of glass doors has become a major cause of fractures and other physical accidents suffered by the elderly. Invisible font: Senior

Perfumed Odor-Proof Shoes

Shoe manufacturers should manufacture special shoes which don’t produce any stench or bad odor when taken off by people. Instead of leaving this job to hosiery makers, shoes should be made in such a way that makes it odor-proof with no bad smell or stench whatsoever. Whether you put it in early morning on or take it off at the end of the day, your shoes should be user-friendly in each and every context.
