The Problem: Usually we assume that problems such as environmental pollution and contamination are basically problems to be resolved by environmental scientists. Similarly, when it comes to make our environment and surroundings neat and clean, we look towards governmental authorities and sanitary departments to do the required job. Apart from general people, people belonging to different specialized fields and professions are mostly occupied in dealing with their own concerns. Being a creative thinker, here I am not supposed to disregard professional obligations or totally ignore the given jobs whatsoever. But, what I mean is to devise such creative ways and means so as to deal with global crisis (e.g. environmental pollution) by remaining in your own speciality and professional orbit. Fashion designers are not supposed to tackle the issues of environmental pollution but still they have to take their due part whatever best can be done through fashion designing and tailoring. Following is the idea that could be the start of the above as whether you are an auto-pilot, nurse, policeman or a fashion designer, your responsibilities are not over being a part of this global society. The Idea: What we have to do is to include a ‘Trash Pocket’ in our normal dresses that would be used to put small trash like chewing gum, wrappers etc. instead of throwing away in our surroundings.
