The Problem: Many Muslims, around the world, don’t like wearing necktie because they believe a tie or a necktie represents a Cross (symbol of Christianity). Just disregarding the authenticity of their opinion, there is a lot of room for our fashion designers to design an exclusive necktie for such Muslim brothers who are doubtful about the actual design of the same. The Solution: Designing a new version of necktie also creates excellent business opportunities to the business world as just a single minute alteration in the very design of such a shorter piece of cloth will, in fact, serve billions of Muslim people around the world. If truth be told, a huge untapped market segment is there. There are a number of ways to knot a tie (quite dissimilar to the Cross that is a long vertical line with a shorter horizontal line across it) and just putting an untraditional and unconventional knot in the actual design of a necktie will be so acceptable to Muslims. Name it an "Islamic Tie" etc., our fashion designers must design an exclusive tie which doesn’t require to be knotted like a traditional necktie so that all Muslims could wear the same without any sort of doubt or hesitation of being resembled Christian fellows. In this case, if traditionally knotted necktie represents the Cross (symbol of Christianity) then proposed version of tie may also represent the Crescent.
